APPRAISERS
Many banks require you to use in house appraisers, or some financing programs (FHA - VA) mandate that accepted appraisers are used on a rotating schedule. However there are other reasons to use appraisers. To estabolish tax liability, for inheritance purposes, to determine fair market value in buy outs through relocation, divorce or inheritance.
